Please note that these ovens are big and bulky. Our standard delivery service is to kerb side. Where necessary, we can arrange quotes from local lifting companies at an additional charge. Features

  • The 5 Minuti is a compact modular outdoor oven which can be heated and be ready to cook in just 5 minutes.
  • 2 pizzas can be easily cooked every 90 seconds, and 2 kg of bread with every oven load.
  • This wood-fired oven comes complete with castors and a large stainless steel handle on the side for easy movement. 
  • The 5 Minuti is manufactured from high grade stainless steel which is resistant to extremely high temperatures.
  • It is installed on a trolley designed with a large stainless steel handle on the side and two castors for easy and light moving.
  • The cooking surface is made of interchangeable refractory tiles.
  • The stainless steel dome is insulated with Ceramic fibre insulation and is designed to reach high temperatures while consuming very little wood and long-lasting warmth is ensured inside the oven.
  • The stainless steel door is fitted with a large, easy grip handle so the mouth can be opened and closed without risking burns.
  • The stainless steel door is fitted with a wooden handle enhanced by an ergonomic grip to open and close the oven mouth without risking burns.
  • This makes adjusting the temperature and draught simple to control. When the door is closed, the flame is weaker and cooking takes place by conduction and convection. The open door kindles the flame to brown food for a crisp result.
  • The oven is fitted with a pyrometer so the cooking chamber’s mean temperature can be seen at a glance.
  • The stainless steel front and ledge ensure easy cleaning and convenience when placing food items in the oven. The ledge is extremely useful to place baking trays and dishes.
  • There is sturdy shelf within the base of the oven where wood can be neatly stacked.
